The McLean Partnership was founded by Ian Stopps and Nick Gebbie. We show respect to our clients and candidates in equal measure and have grown our business based on the understanding and desire to deliver a more intelligent form of search. We operate to the highest standards of personal conduct, business integrity and system efficiency.
We understand our clients' core businesses and can connect consistently into your senior management teams. Our one-touch handling ensures that the recruitment process is professional and efficient for clients and candidates alike, resulting in the growth of solid, long-term relationships.
The McLean Partnership's advisory board gives Partners direct access to specialists in our chosen sectors of expertise. Whilst remaining neutral and unconnected with day-to-day search work, they enable our team to understand the impact of current events on these sectors in a way that sets us apart from our competitors and adds a depth of knowledge to our work.
