Huw has over 15 years executive search experience within the energy sector and is responsible for leading the commodity trading practice within The Mclean Partnership. This includes senior executive, trading roles and management appointments within middle office and support services. Huw has completed searches in all the primary global commodity trading hubs; London, Geneva, Singapore and Houston. He acts as an advisor to his clients, developing structured teams within each trading area and providing intelligence and counsel on key changes within the employment market.
