Jonathan joined The McLean Partnership as Senior Partner in January 2019. He leads our Public Sector, Board and Diversity Practices. He can point to a far-reaching career in executive search and interim whilst at Penna, Odgers and at Veredus where he was Managing Director. He has a strong track record of Chief Executive, Director and NED level hires across both the public and commercial sector as well as championing a diversity and inclusion agenda for senior appointments. Jonathan also acts as an advisor for organisations going through transformational change and is an executive coach and mentor for senior public sector leaders across the UK.
