Sally has over 20 years’ HR experience working alongside some of the world’s largest global firms. Her sector experience includes, FMCG, retail, technology, commercial real estate, legal, construction, utilities, facilities management and VC/PE start-ups.
Sally has a pragmatic and collaborative approach with clients and prides herself on her passion for employer and employee development. Confident and trusted, Sally can deliver tailored, practical HR solutions appropriate for any business. Her experience includes all aspects of HR services, from company inception and talent acquisition strategies, through to contracts, policies, processes etc. Sally is also experienced in employee relations and has successfully managed a number of complex change projects.
