Nick founded McLean and its subsidiary companies, including McLean Partnership, in 2005. He provides management oversight of the group whilst continuing to remain actively involved in day-to-day client work, advising clients primarily in Asset Management and Investment Banking.
With over twenty-five years’ experience, Nick has built a reputation for advice beyond hiring and provides executive and board counsel for M&A strategy, succession planning, market perception and more. He has been involved in the build out of new organisations from scratch, the re-shaping of regional departments for global organisations, the launching of business lines in new geographies and the appointment of multiple management teams and Non-Executive Directors.
Nick graduated from Nottingham University with a 2.1 Hons in Politics and lives in East Sussex with his wife and two children.
