His work spans front-office roles in Equities and Investment Banking, partnering with leading institutions to identify top talent for critical positions. John also brings insight into operational disciplines, having supported clients across Compliance, Finance, HR, Operations, and Risk, and gained first-hand experience launching a hedge fund.
With over two decades in Investment Banking Executive Search, John combines deep sector knowledge with strategic advisory expertise. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Management from Loughborough University.
