Paul Soothill is Managing Director of the McLean Partnership, advising clients on executive leadership and senior management appointments across diverse industries and geographies. He has a strong track record in finance and real estate and works closely with organisations seeking to harness technology talent, particularly in evolving areas such as data, AI and cyber.
Paul is known for challenging conventional thinking by uncovering talent in competitor landscapes, exploring adjacent sectors and identifying individuals who can transition from different environments to inject fresh perspectives and drive innovation.
In addition to client delivery, Paul oversees the growth, service offering, standards and innovation of McLean’s recruitment business. He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a 2:1 in Geography and Urban Planning.
