Julian leads McLean Partnership’s expansion in the DACH region, specialising in senior leadership appointments across Europe with a particular focus on the consumer goods, industrial and private equity sectors. Based in Frankfurt and working in close collaboration with McLean Partnership’s London headquarters, he advises international clients on identifying, engaging and securing top-tier executive talent.
He brings substantial expertise from both the executive search industry and in-house talent acquisition, having previously headed the talent function for a leading investment group before returning to executive search. Julian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
