Lauren provides high-level executive support to the founder of McLean Partnership while ensuring the smooth operation of the business. In addition to managing complex schedules, she also delivers finance support across McLean Partnership, McLean HR, and Lazarus.
Before joining McLean, Lauren spent six years at Lazarus Economics & Strategy, where she supported the Managing Director and helped develop subscription-based research products for clients. Lauren has over 20 years of experience—including more than 15 years in financial services at firms such as J.P. Morgan Cazenove.
