Zoe joined The McLean Partnership in 2009. She executes and delivers market intelligence and executive search mandates globally for Investment Management and Investment Banking firms. Zoe is also responsible for helping grow our Board Practice initiative across financial services and listed businesses.
Her track record includes individual appointments, team build outs, succession advice for Boards and relocating global talent.
Zoe previously worked at Morgan McKinley and WoodStreet Consulting. She holds a BA Hons 2.1 in Music from Newcastle University.
