Edward leads the International Private Equity practice, specialising in identifying key management talent for funds and their portfolio companies. His experience spans complete management team builds and board restructurings, with typical mandates including CFOs, CEOs, senior regional leadership roles, as well as board appointments, chairs, and pre-deal industry advisors.
Ed works across diverse sectors: Consumer Goods, Retail, Hospitality, and Financial Services, delivering searches for clients ranging from large-cap Private Equity firms to Family Offices and Venture Capital investors. Prior to joining McLean, Edward focused on senior hires within Investment Banking.
