A boutique Institutional Asset Manager was seeking product diversification for their business, and engaged with McLean to aid with this opportunity. McLean assessed the leading Emerging Market Debt teams operating in Europe and collaborated closely with the client, to identify and agree on the key top ten targets.
From this, we were able to shortlist five, of the most compatible candidates for further consideration. The team then supported the client through sensitive contract negotiations, involving five team members across two different geographies. The process was managed discreetly and efficiently, with the team successfully resigning and transitioning into their new roles within three to six months.
