The family owners of seven international companies sought a long-term strategic CFO to oversee its portfolio of multi billion value assets. With trading presence across four continents and twenty countries and operating across sectors as diverse as housebuilding, hospitality, agriculture and real estate, the successful candidate was required to provide both strategic input into the main shareholder, whilst also overseeing executive teams and finance functions across all of the family’s primary assets.
The search involved looking for senior executives who had a proven track record of operating in multibillion value businesses, across different geographies and sectors. This unique position required excellence of track record and a desire to maintain a fulltime oversight of multiple assets simultaneously.
