A global Asset Manager based in the UK sought Mclean’s advice to appoint a new Head of Equities.
McLean was tasked with evaluating a confidential search assessing both established and proven candidates in role, as well as active fund managers who would be ‘step up’ candidates. The McLean team evaluated options in both UK, Global and Sustainable equities, conducting a rigorous assessment of candidates in both the UK and overseas.
The successful candidate was appointed ahead of schedule, and the search ran from start to finish in nine weeks, keeping to a strict board requested timetable.
