Following the completion of their existing chair’s full term, our client sought Mclean’s support to run a search for a replacement Chair.
We were tasked with evaluating senior executives who had lead asset management firms and had experience of board governance. In addition, candidates with international cross boarder expertise and finally senior corporate finance leaders who had specialist understanding of the investment industry.
McLean delivered a compelling diverse short list of five candidate options, and the process of appointing was happily concluded ahead of timetable after a seven week process.
