Elizabeth leads our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) practice, working with clients through data-rich auditing, strategic advice and bespoke training. Elizabeth’s EDI track record and experience is extensive, spanning 10 years+, with both private and public assignments and EDI research into sectors and industries; STEM, Finance and Not-for-profit.
After starting her professional career as a Graduate Equity Analyst at Bloomberg LLP, Elizabeth moved to the public sector to pursue her passion for effecting change. She worked with organisations such as the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, and the UK Skills Funding Agency, to improve access to skills and finance for marginalised communities and women. She subsequently joined a start-up EDI organisation as a founding member and led the business to becoming a well-known EDI specialist. Elizabeth holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance and a MBA from London Southbank University.
