Jing Xia is an Associate Partner at The McLean Partnership, responsible for delivering end to end search mandates in the Industrial and Technology practice, including business development in the APAC and EMEA regions.
Prior to that, she was working within the Energy and Commodities practice in the APAC and EMEA region. She was responsible for execution and delivery on assignments for a broad range of clients, with a focus on front office Sales and Trading, C-suite, operational searches and middle office support functions across the international market.
She holds a Masters in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with Management. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
