Working internationally from Shanghai and Hong Kong for 18 years, Tracy moved to the UK in 2019. Her Executive Search background has supported both International companies and Chinese corporates. She specialises in moving senior leadership and sector specialists across different geographical territories, helping clients access a truly global talent pool.
As a native Mandarin speaker with fluent English and in a globally central time-zone, Tracy is uniquely placed to connect demand and supply for High-Tech Talent in the Eastern and Western markets.
